The apartment complex is close to downtown with easy access to freeways or take side streets in minutes and be right downtown. The complex is also located in a diverse community known as the Grove park area. The Apartment complex will also be located right down the street from Microsoft's new main headquarters. This will offer a range of new job opportunities for the community. This Apartment complex is an all-male complex in a male community. Therefore, we are only accepting male applications. Utilities will be covered by the renter not including the on site garbage that will be handled by owner. Units have their own central Air units and does not share with another unit.
