For those not familiar with Tierrasanta, it is a quiet area with lots of houses and easy access to mission trails. It is 20 minutes from the beach in La Jolla and 15 minutes from downtown. This featured apartment was renovated a little over a year ago so everything is very new! Our community also boasts many amenities including a 24/7 gym, 2 pools, 5 BBQs, hot tubs, a basket ball court and tennis courts. At our leasing office we also have a business center for resident use as well. We are also very pet friendly and include a dog park as too. There is also pet rent of $50 per dog ($400 deposit) and $30 per cat ($350 deposit).
