Thank you for your interest in considering my condo to be your new home! I no longer live in the unit but it's very important that it's cared for by myself and my tenants. I prefer my tenants to alert me if any problems occur so they can be addressed quickly. There should be no challenges due to a new boiler and kitchen/appliances being installed.
I am currently in the process of installing a new kitchen, including a new fridge and stove. Dishwasher included and there is laundry in the basement. There is also a significant amount of space in the basement for storage and personal crafting projects that do not require a lot of natural ventilation (Pyrotechnics, firework, open flame, metal work/glassblowing prohibited).
Two level with kitchen, dining room, living room, half bath, and back patio on first floor and two large bedrooms (15x12, 16 x12) with full bath on the second floor. Wall to wall closet in one bedroom and lots of closet space in the bathroom closet.
Quiet area with minimal traffic mainly consisting of residents, close to everything you could need, including Stop and Shop (6 minute drive), pharmacy, restaurants, and short walk to the beautiful governor's reservoir, which has a lovely little beach, playground and hiking trail. Great neighbors and community. Good school system. Two parking spots included and on-street parking/visitor parking.
In wall AC units: One in the living room and one in one the upstairs bedrooms. Nest heating system you can control separately for first and second floor.
This is a condo, which means myself and any of my tenants living in it must abide by the rules of the association. This includes no hard drugs/smoking in the unit or on premises and no pets whatsoever.
This home is offered by a landlord who values inclusivity, respect, and safety for all tenants. BIPOC, LGBTQ+, disabled and other marginalized communities are warmly welcomed.
Please understand that, because this is a Condo, all residents must follow the set association regulations, which state that there are no pets of any kind allowed in the condo, not even caged or tank pets. No smoking or hard drugs allowed in the unit or on the premises.
Tenants are responsible for their own Heat and electricity. Owner pays for water and sewage.
No more then 5 people may live in the unit.
No items (ex: bikes) can be stores/kept in the shared front porch area.
If you desire to paint any walls, it must be discussed with me first and all walls must be repainted the current color prior to ending the lease/moving out.
There are two assigned parking spots in the front of condo and visitor parking nearby and allowed on street. All lawn care and snow removal are done through condo association.
My rent is higher due to the new kitchen and appliances, but I promise, and will add into the lease, that rent will only increase $15 each year, over the next 4 years, and after that will range between $25-$75 each year.
