Looking to either rent out for the 2022/2023 school year or potentially a year as I'll be traveling a lot. I'll be leaving some stuff in the garage and basement, but tenant will have plenty of driveway parking and usage of basement. Laundry in basement, wood stove in living room and large kitchen with plenty of storage. No smoking, tenant to pay all utilities except water and trash. Pets ok, but there are insurance restrictions on breeds so not all can be allowed. Snow removal is the responsibility of the tenant. Security deposit + 1 month rent to move in. Can be partially furnished if tenant wants, otherwise, personal belonging's will be moved to basement/garage and storage. There will still be plenty of storage available for tenant.
