    This is a charmer of a home with much of the historic mining-era character remaining, which is very hard to find in the area, especially in a smaller, manageable-sized home. This gem has been in the family for over 100 years. Most furniture and personal items will go with the house, many with vintage qualities that go well with the era of the home. An old kitchen stove and the original bathroom sink and tub are neat items preserved, along with a lot of original woodwork. Both levels have hardwood floors. In 2007, 200-amp service was brought in, and a good portion of the home was rewired. The main roof was replaced around 2010, and the back roof was replaced around 2023. This is paired with a generously sized 100x125 double lot, with a good portion of woods in the back, raspberry bushes, and a few apple trees.
