My fiance and I are moving out before our year lease is expired (September). We have lived in this unit for two years and without a doubt this is the most caring and friendly management staff I've ever experienced. We have become close friends with Kay and Val (the apartment managers) who go out of their way to keep the grounds clean and safe. The apartment is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with laminate wood floors in the dining and living rooms, tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, and carpet in the bedrooms. We are hoping to sublet the apartment for July and August, after which the new tenants will be able to resign a lease with Grove East themselves!
