I can't guarantee that your lease will be extended for another year or years, but if you are paying your rent in timely fashion, and keep the house clean, I don't know why the landlord would not extend your lease beyond 10 months. But again there is no guarantee from my side. (B). Little bit about the house Corner house, Double Story, 4 Bed rooms and 3 full bathrooms 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor, and One bedroom and one bathroom on the ground floor, besides Living area and dining areas. This house does not have gas, everything is through electricity, and the electricity is through Solar. Garage can accommodate 3 cars inside, and 3 more on the driveway. Tennent is responsible for all utilities and lawn mowing and keeping the house inside and outside clean.
