Each apartment home is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator and A/C. Enjoy sunny days right from your private balcony. The tenant is responsible for gas and electric, while water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent! No need to search for a laundromat as we have laundry onsite and an attentive full time maintenance staff! Cats are more than welcome with a $300 pet deposit and NO PET RENT. All service and enclosed animals are welcome as well with no fees attached. We do not accept dogs as pets. Applicants must have no previous evictions or housing related collections and pass credit and background check. We require a $50.00 application fee for any adult applying and a landlord reference for any credit score under 620. Our deposit is $200 for applicants with a credit score above 680 and a full deposit for credit scores under 680.
