    The house is just off of Fort rd, less than 10 minutes from Liberty University, about 5 minutes from Lynchburg College, and has a Kroger about a mile down the road. Shared living room and kitchen on the main floor, and laundry downstairs. One room is for rent, which shares a bathroom with one other roommate in the hallway. The room for rent is on the first floor, on the left side of the main hallway, and the shared full bath is on the right. The dimensions of the available room is 11'x9'11". No smoking or pets, lease is for 1 year, and parking is available either in front of the house or in the driveway. During the months where it needs to be mowed, lawn care is distributed amongst the 4 of us, taking turns each week. Lawnmower/trimmer is provided.

    One Liberty University undergrad student, one Liberty grad, and one Liberty employee who is also completing his masters at Liberty. We all generally pitch in and keep the common space clean/dishes washed.
