Individual rooms are compact and may not be suitable for families or couples. Large pets are also discouraged unless housebroken and well-behaved. The space is lived-in but tidy, and we all do our best to keep it clean. New Tenants should expect to share household chores and abide by house-rules related to noise, guests, and ect.
