    This property is located in Harrison West, a part of Victorian Village, a very popular area in Columbus. Nestled between Ohio State University and the Downtown it is an easy walk to the Short North and the Arena District which includes The Crew Stadium, the Blue Jackets Arena, and the Clippers Stadium. A bike path is within minutes of the property as are many stores, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, gas stations. It has hardwood floors in the kitchen and front foyer, brand new carpeting, and paint. Within the past 2-4 years we have replaced the dishwasher, AC, Furnace, Water Heater and window blinds. With about 1500 square feet, the townhouse has 3 levels. The first floor has a kitchen, dining room, living room, foyer, and half bath. The lower level has a recreational room that has been used as a 3rd bedroom. It also has another room which could be used as an office or storage room, a full bathroom (no bathtub just a shower) with a very nice vanity, and laundry room with storage under the stairs. The second floor has a 2 big bedrooms and a full bathroom including a shower/bathtub, and closet. Closet space is generous in the bedrooms. The kitchen has a very functional pantry. Lawnservice is provided by the Association. And the property has 2 dedicated parking spaces. If there is an additional car, parking is available on Michigan Ave, Pennsylvania Ave and 4th Avenue. Previous tenants used Michigan Avenue when needed. We do have flexibility on move in date. No earlier than June 1st, but carpeting most likely will not be installed by June 1st. We are willing to start in July and well. We are also willing to discuss pet policy. We are open to locking in rental rate for a two year lease commitment. Utilities are not included and those costs include: electric, gas, water (quarterly), internet, cable. We highly recommend renters' insurance. No smoking please! Monthly rent payment should be done electronically on an auto pay set up via Zelle if possible. (Banks use it and it is so easy!). If interested we can send copy of our lease contract. We would also be willing to keep the dining table and hutch in the townhouse for at least a year.
