The complex itself is a little bit older (my last roommate told me it used to be a convent!) but it's a gorgeous and very friendly community, and there's even a huge avocado tree in the front yard! Laundry is shared for the apartment complex. It's very close to several bus stops, and walking distance to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, coffee, shops, and more!
