The property is less than a mile from the Rice Creek Dog Park and a maze of walking and bike trails that go from Centerville almost to the Mississippi with only a few uncompleted sections. Blaine is home to a world class soccer facility. The fee for this is $35 per adult. Your credit need not be perfect, but poor credit will result in a higher security deposit. People with bankruptcies, foreclosures, or short sales are welcome provided they have adequate income, sufficient funds to pay the higher security deposit, and recent history showing they are improving their credit. Persons with unlawful detainers or eviction actions need not apply. Income requirements are about 3x rent. ($5000/month, $60,000/year). Security deposit is $1500 for most tenants. Security deposit must be available at the time of lease signing. We will only show the unit to those meeting the income requirements and having the security deposit readily available.
