Rental History: We will contact current and prior landlords to verify timely payments, lease compliance, and proper notice upon move-out. Negative history may include: evictions, damages, unpaid rent, or lease violations. 4. Criminal History: A criminal background check will be conducted. Denial may occur based on convictions that would pose a threat to the health, safety, or welfare of other residents or property. We conduct an individualized assessment of relevant convictions per HUD guidance and RCW requirements. 5. Employment Verification: Employment will be verified to ensure income stability.
