Greenspace view from deck: The deck looks out onto a greenspace that lets you pretend that you arent in the middle of the city. We kept hummingbird and songbird feeders and both were super active year round. We frequently see flickers, finches, and stellars jays outside our windows
Great Location: Columbia city light rail stop is only a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is located a block from Rainier so you have easy access to all of restaurants and shops in the core of Columbia city (Tutta Bella, Lotties, Flying Lion Brewery, The royal room).
Quiet Apartment: Even though the apartment is right in Columbia City, the apartment feels quiet and peaceful. We were a bit surprised by how quiet it was when we moved in.
Parking space included: Columbia City can be annoying to park in. Always having a reserved parking spot is a definite perk!
Water, sewer and garbage covered by owner. Tenant to pay for electricity.
