There's a queen bed in the bedroom, a pull-out couch, and two beds built-in for younger kids, if you got them. Perfect spot for the fisherman, and blazing Wi-Fi for work from home! The unit was leased for $100/night, but we don't need the hassle working with new guests every day and prefer a long-term tenant who will take care of the place. Owner pays for utilities, electric is capped at $125/mo, anything over get's billed back to your account. Wi-Fi & basic cable are included, and unit is furnished, but can store furnishings if you have your own furniture. We do not require renters insurance but do recommend it.
