It has not been rented since its renovation, so you would be the first person to enjoy it. The monthly rent is $1400 and the living space is fully furnished. The rental price includes all utilities (heat, gas, lights, water, air conditioning and WiFi). There is laundry in the building and off street parking. The property is located in Duluth, a lively suburban community north of Atlanta with with all-inclusive amenities. For example, there is a Kroger, Wal-Mart, Publix, multi-cultural restaurants, nail salons, spa, Chase, Bank of America, Sam's Club, PNC, movie theatre, Macy's, park, etc. within 10 minutes or less from the apartment. If you need to travel to the city via public transportation, Gwinnett County Transit buses are a 10 minute walk away and connect to the Doraville MARTA station. Apartment is fully furnished and recently renovated (you would be the first one renting the living space post-renovation). You may make decorative changes with permission from landlord. Utilities included at no extra cost are WiFi, gas, electric, water and heat. Last month's rent is due at signing and also serves as the deposit. Total amount to move in is one month's rent ($1,400), the deposit ($1,400) plus the application fee ($35) which is $2,835. If you sign within the next two weeks you would receive $300 off your first month's rent. No pets are allowed. No smoking is allowed. Application Fee is $35 and includes a processing fee, online background check, credit score check and rental history check which generates a rental credit score that considers evictions, etc. You must provide pay stubs for the previous 4 weeks and length of employment which must be confirmed directly with your HR department (with your express permission) or the digital employee platform from your company that stores such information (you would need to log-in and show, no screenshots). Lease duration is month to month. At least 30 days notice of intent to move from the premises, at least four months of occupancy and no damages as described in lease is required to receive your rental deposit in full. Otherwise a late fee of $700 will be charged. Accepted payment methods are money order, CashApp, Zelle and cash (or a combination of these). Receipts for rental payment are distributed electronically through e-mail in order to be eco-conscious.
