"Zoe By The Sea" is a dog and family friendly retreat, 3-level home with 3 expansive decks to soak in the breathtaking views, and plenty of relaxing outdoor hangouts. The home has 3 enclosed bedrooms, one loft space with bunk beds, and another game room with a sleep sofa. Plenty of space for friends and family to gather. The interior living space encompasses 3 stories with staircases to each level. The exterior living space includes three large balconies overlooking the ocean, as well as a patio area under the lower-level deck; both lower deck and patio have beach access. The home sits above the garage, so there is an exterior staircase to reach the front door. The first floor has 2 QUEEN bedrooms each with balcony access, two full bathrooms and a game room/den with a FULL sleep sofa. Feel free to bring your gaming equipment to enjoy in the game room. The second floor has the kitchen, dining and living area, with access to the second balcony. The third floor has the primary bedroom suite with a KING bed and an attached full bathroom, and a large open loft area with 2 BUNK BEDS - TWIN over FULL over a TWIN trundle. In the loft you will also find an elliptical and yoga mat for your fitness needs, and a small desk and chair for working from home. The loft opens to the 3rd balcony with gorgeous views. PLEASE NOTE: This home sits at the very end of North Topsail Beach, where the ocean meets the sounds. This is NOT a safe place to swim due to the high risk of rip currents. Enjoy the gorgeous views from all sides, and then in order to safely swim, we recommend walking about half a mile down the beach, for calmer waters. All utilities and Wifi included.
