This is a Student apartment, that will be shared will two other students in a shared space. Therefore, only students will be allowed for possible leasing. Its about 15mins. from UT and downtown but quiet enough to study and be away from any traffic noise. The rent is currently $767 but it can be subleased for $600 dollars with the remaning $167 paid for by me or I will pay someone $3000 dollars to take ove the lease as is becasue I will be moving and have no need for the room anymore. In either case if you wish to stay after a year you will have to communicte directly with Quarry Trail to extend your lease longer. One of the guys in the apartment has a medium sized dog. The only thing that you have to pay for is your part of the rent and a shared electric bill between the other two residents. Water and Cable is included in your rent. Your room will have a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The laundry room is shared between the three of you as well as the kitchen and living room. You will have to meet all the qualififcations that Quarry Trail requires as well.
