To apply, 1) verify that you meet the screening criteria below, 2) drive by the house in person (not Google Earth), and 3) call or text me for an application and time to view the inside. Screening Criteria: Prior Rental History: - Favorable rental history of 2 years must be verifiable from unbiased and unrelated sources. - No evictions within the past five years. We do not consider eviction judgments that were rendered during the COVID-19 Protected Period (April 1, 2020 - February 28, 2022). - Applicants must provide the information necessary to contact past Landlords. Income/Resources: - Household income shall be at least 2.5 times the Rent (excluding utilities). - Income must be verifiable. Background screening: - Criminal conviction or pending convictions may result in denial. - Applicants must provide a credit report from the last 30 days. To move in, you will need first month's rent plus $2500 deposit ($4900 total). Absolutely no smoking or vaping in the house.
