This tenant will share a bathroom with a working couple who are very friendly and clean-loving. The landlord, a retired engineer, also friendly, easy to get along, lives in the master bedroom and would not have interferences with tenants in the house. Currently the landlord and tenants are getting along very well like a family. This house is fully equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities and all members in the house have full privileges to them. All utilities including high-speed internet are covered by the landlord.
