It's a private sunny space at a low rate for SLO, however... the home is old and imperfect; housemate has to like "funky:" the garden is natural; the parking is tandem; rooms are teeny-tiny and poorly insulated, so some bundling up can be required on cold winter nights and some tolerating a few hot summer days; there is some nighttime highway noise audible; the kitchenette does not have a full oven; the owner shares the home and is sensitive to chemicals and smoke, so absolutely no smoking or burning of any kind, no strong perfumes and unscented bio laundry detergent required.
