Master bedroom comfortably holds a queen sized bed, and large dresser. Closets in each room. FRESH PAINT, NEW CARPETS, NEW CABINETS, NEW COUNTER TOPS. SECURITY SYSTEM! Will include a dinning table and four chairs. Garbage disposal on sight. Rent will include the actual lot rent, water and security system (paid by me.) Tenant will be responsible for power (average $80.00-$120.00) dependent on air conditioning use. Internet hook-ups already installed. To move in first month's rent and security deposit of $200.00. $50.00 Fee for pet(s) then second moths rent will be prorated to $640.00. Then normal rent resumes at $840.00 a month. Proof of income is required. Valid State/ Government issued ID is required. Renter Notes: The Central Heat/ Cooling system works but the contract will stipulate that I will not repair it if it breaks. I cannot afford to replace this if it breaks. However it has been inspected and is in working condition and breaking should not be a concern. **Proof of Income is required. Owner pays for actual lot rent, water and security system.
