You'll stay in a bright room with a dedicated private full bathroom in a quiet residential community in a house with 3 beds and 2.5 baths. Ground floor has high-ceiling living hall, kitchen and garage access. All three rooms are on first floor. I live in master bedroom and have my own bathroom. Third room will remain vacant. You'll have a cozy queen bed, a computer table, an ergonomic chair, high-speed internet & full closet. Shared Amenities with me (owner): 1. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Full-size refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster, smoothie blender, hot water kettle, Ninja Electrical Multicooker, and a full set of cookware, utensils, and dinnerware. 2. Samsung 70-inch LED TV in the living area. 3. LG Washer & Dryer. 4. Dedicated parking space on the driveway. 5. Highspeed Xfinity internet, extenders in each room. 6. High-fenced quiet backyard. 7. 24/7 Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the house and in the backyard. Lease is must. Duration: Min 1 month, Maximum 4 months (open to discussion) Policy & Security: 1. Room is for ONE GUEST only (the person's name on lease). 2. NO Smoking, drinking, marijuana, or any kind of drugs are strictly prohibited on the property. 3. Since I live in this house, VISITOR/GUEST are not allowed to stay in the house.

You'll be sharing this home with me, the owner. I'm a Software Engineer who works standard day hours, so the house is quiet during the day. I enjoy an active lifestyle (especially badminton) and prioritize maintaining a relaxing, welcoming space.
