I need someone to finish my lease from November 1, 2022 to May 10, 2023. You'd have the opportunity to resign for an additional 12 months if you want. $60 application fee (The Parker only accepts cash for their application fee). $1,315 deposit Pet friendly, two pet maximum The Parker also charges $25 per month for valet trash, $5 per month for pest control and $45 per month if you want The Parker to provide a washer and dryer in the unit (like if you don't have your own washer and dryer). The washer/dryer hookups are in the apartment inside the laundry room. To apply, you must meet the following requirements: 1. You must provide proof that you make AT LEAST $3,945 per month GROSS (before taxes). The leasing office told me this number is slightly flexible, but not a lot. 2. The Parker performs background checks. So if you have anything in your background like an eviction or some sorta crime, The Parker will deny you from renting. You must have good rent history 3.
