The carpets were chemically cleaned of any stains and dirt from the previous tenant. The bathroom was updated in the last 5 years, including the vanity, shower & tub as well as the toilet. Rent would be expected no later than within the first week of each month, preferably by the 1st or 2nd of each month. Noise levels would have to be reasonable and special attention to noise after 9:00 P.M. I would expect appliances and furnishings to be kept maintained and anything broken would be at the renters expense. Utilities are not included, but are minimal due to the natural gas heat and appliances. Would prefer a non-smoker, but willing to make certain exceptions.
