Nice Center Grove location. This is great family location close to everything you might need. We've recently renovated with new floors, kitchen cabinets, paint, and HVAC system. Two mature apple trees. Two car attached garage with a new garage door opener. The house location also falls under the Center Grove school system. Our kids were picked up and dropped off right in front of the house. I'm not sure if this is still the case or not. The house doesn't include some of the pictured appliances yet they are available. This is a very family oriented neighborhood. Pets are allowed with a damage and insurance rider. Local landlord should any need arise. Thanks. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including water, electricity, gas, trash, sewer and cable. Pets (see limitations) allowed with insurance rider. Pet damage deposit required. There is no existing fenced area on the property. You are responsible for controlling your pet at all times. Renters must maintain their own Renter's Insurance policy with liability covering them, their pet(s), and any guests on the premises. No vaping or smoking of any substance is allowed in the house or garage. No illegal drug use is allowed on any portion of the premises. The only appliances included with the house are microwave and dishwasher. There is a HOA for this neighborhood and all rules and regulations must be followed.
