We have a room for rent in our 5 bedroom home. The room has its own private bathroom right next to it. You will live with my husband 4 dogs and another couple renting a room downstairs. I will be away for work most days. We have our home professionally cleaned every two weeks & our dogs are professionally & crate trained. Our home is near Mor Furniture and Inn & Out Burger centrally located off the 215 in a quiet & safe Murrieta neighborhood, perfect for a student or working professional. We have a professionally maintained pool that will be perfect for the upcoming hot summer season & feel free to use the patio furniture, built in BBQ grill, fire pit & backyard refrigerator as a way to relax or entertain friends after work or on the weekends. Spacious Laundry room and new front load washer and dryer available to use. Shared areas include the living room & kitchen, they are both updated/renovated and available to use as long as you respect community general respectful standards and clean up after yourself. Lots of street parking available. Room is $1100 and has its own bathroom comes either with a queen sized bed or unfurnished. We prefer minimum 6 month rental terms but open to month to month renters as well. No pets. First & last month rent due at move in. All utilities & WiFi included.
