Neighborhood Description It's a quiet neighborhood located in the desireable Southeast Hills area of Eugene...one of the two or three nicest neighborhoods in the city. There is very little traffic flow, and the ambience of the area is serene and forested. Most properties are larger than average and priced well above the city's mean. It's about a ten-minute drive to downtown Eugene and the University of Oregon.
