Can be adjusted in rent for convenience) 3) No smoking, no sublets, no arbitrage and all guests in the property staying will need to be on the lease. **Please Read** HOA Required Docs: HOA mandates 30+ day stays. We cannot do any stays lower, so all stays will need to be a minimum of 30 days with maximum of 15 month leases.
