Residents have access to over 9 acres of grounds, with walking trails, an outdoor pool and hot tub and playground area. We have a party house and guest suites that are available to residents. The rent DOES include basic cable, a garage space in the heated underground parking garage and a storage space. The average for the electric bill is about $75 a month.
