I suspect the Zestimate is lower than it should be. It assumes the house was built in 1965, which it was but it was rebuilt in 2003. This is a solid ranch home. We had a small fire back in 2003 in my daughters bedroom but it blackened much of the house. The house was almost totally rebuilt except for the foundation and some of the framing. It has been brought up to all codes, hard wired smoke detectors, cable, phone jacks in all rooms. It has the larger, stronger roof to support more weight. New furnace installed 2 years ago and new liners just put in chimney. Great neighbors and quiet street. Finished basement. Separate laundry room and furnace room in basement.
