Tenant must pay all utility bills directly to the service providers in a timely manner. 2. Pets Pets are allowed with landlord approval. Tenant must keep the property clean and free of pet damage, odor, or excessive wear. Any damage caused by pets will be the tenant's responsibility to repair or pay for. 3. Property Care Tenant must use renter-friendly methods (such as removable hooks or strips) when hanging items on walls to prevent damage. The kitchen and living areas must be kept clean and sanitary.
