Our house is a beautiful place with a large lot. There are a lot of upgrades in the kitchen. We have an indoor pool which is very large with a lot of space to entertain with its own private bathroom and has been rented out on “Swimply” for additional income. The garage is very spacious and has additional room above the garage that has air conditioning and could easily be converted into an additional room. The heating and air conditioning unit was recently upgraded and installed within the last 3-4years. It’s very efficient and works well. The garage has ample space and wiring for a workshop. A unique find very close to Beaches…Brunswick County is known for their beautiful beaches. Cherry Grove is right over the border… North Myrtle is about 8 miles away. They have Outlet malls, The House of Blues… a winery… so much to do! (We are approximately a mile from the border.) Little River is only 2.4 miles away and has a casino boat, They also have many festivals… the “Blue Crab Festival” is held there. 2 parks are close by. The HOA also has a pool you have access to, tennis courts… the Golf Course…. The last house on a very quiet street. Birds can be seen and heard chirping in the morning…. I frequently see hummingbirds, cardinals and other birds.
