This is a fully furnished rental for a 9 month term ~ Renter is responsible for electric, heating (natural gas), & cable, if so desired, the TV is set up for streaming. Owner pays water, sewer, wifi, trash pick-up, plowing & lawn care. Driveway parking available for one vehicle. Road parking is also available most of the time.
