Signed rental agreement and copy of photo ID required. - 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom villa at oceanfront Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort. - Sleeps 6 guests in Primary bedroom (King bed), Secondary bedroom (Queen bed and Twin bunks), and Living Room (Queen Sofa bed). - Full kitchen with everything you need to cook and serve meals. - Beach equipment and pool toys provided for our guests. - Board games, DVD movies, and lots of books for our guests. - 3rd floor villa with balcony, NO ELEVATOR. - Resort Amenities include: 2 outdoor pools open year-round (unheated), quick walk through resort to the sand, 8 lighted tennis courts, 4 lighted pickle ball courts, playground, 2-3 restaurants on site, security gate manned 24/7 - Coin-operated Laundry room located in nearby building (no washer/dryer in villa or our building) This property accepts SHORT TERM RENTALS ONLY.
