Minimum rental age is 21. Copy of state issued driver's license is required. Located at the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. Enjoy this fully furnished and renovated 1 bed/1 bath condo located in building C of the Ocean Villas that sleeps 5. An ocean front development just steps from the tennis and pickle ball courts and a 2-minute walk through the resort to Folly Field Beach and a large oceanfront pool and beach bar. The bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, and full private bath. Living room with sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, dining area and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, and all new stainless-steel appliances. Air conditioning, cable/satellite, and complimentary starter toiletries. Outside, there is a balcony with two chairs that are perfect for that morning cup of coffee. We have beach chairs and beach buggy that are available for use during your stay. The condo is located on the 3rd floor (top floor and nice and quiet). The building has an elevator close to the unit and also has coin laundry. Protect your investment. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel/trip interruption insurance through an independent company. It is your responsibility to know the cancellation policy. Damages: It is the guests responsibility to notify the owners at time of check in if anything in the condo is broken. Photographic evidence is required. Otherwise, the guest is assuming responsibility for the condo until check out. A claim for damages will be submitted for resolution after check out. RESORT: The Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort is an ocean front development located on Hilton Head Island Beach. The resort offers onsite Tennis & Pickle Ball Courts & Pro-Shop, along with two pools, Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with large screens for your sports entertainment, playground, catch-and-release fishing pond and, bike rentals onsite and charcoal grills. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade. NOTE: Parking pass for the resort is included for 1 vehicle. Additional parking passes, if needed, are $30 per vehicle, per stay. Photo ID may be required when picking up your parking pass. A copy of your state issued driver's license is needed for booking. Extra parking passes need to be ordered ahead of time. Please provide advanced notice if additional parking passes are needed. There is a one time cleaning fee of $130. No pets are allowed (Resort policy). No smoking/vaping in condo or on patio (Resort policy). Smoking/vaping is only allowed in designated areas. Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older. Guests must provide their own beach towels. Equipment for the tennis and pickleball courts is available at the tennis pro shop free of charge. There is a physical fitness gym on property. To obtain a card key for entry into the gym, visit the owner services office in the main building for a guest pass. The pass is free, however, a $20 deposit is required to ensure return of the pass. Additional housekeeping services available upon request at $100.00 per visit. Beach towels are not provided. No pets: The Home Owner's Association prohibits pets in the development. The HOA and owner prohibits smoking in the condo and on the balcony. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor HOA designated areas. Extermination services are provided at no cost every other month. When home, tenant must allow the exterminator in the residence to perform these services. If tenant is not home at the time the exterminator arrives, security will be present to allow the exterminator access to perform their services. A formal rental contract will be provided to prospective tenant for review and signing.
