The camp is located on a nice quiet wooded 3.43 acre lot surrounded by endless undeveloped Maine forest. The large cleared lot provides parking for numerous campers, trailers, etc. Camp is wired for both electric indoor and outdoor lighting generated by a 2000 generator (provided) and two propane tanks fuel additional ceiling lanterns, heater, refrigerator and stove. A Certified Propane company delivers and services propane appliances yearly. There is an outbuilding large enough to store one 4-wheeler , a new 10'x20' garage, and a neat clean outhouse. Easy access to limitless miles of some of Maine's best 4-wheeler and snowmobiling trails. Less than 3 miles to Indian Pond where you can enjoy a hot shower, do laundry, launch a boat, go swimming and fishing and the Kennebec River where you can go rafting.
