The application must be filled out by each person 18 years of age or older. LEASE TERM: There is a minimum lease term of one year. HOLDING: The property will not be held for any length of time even if you put down a deposit. You can take steps to acquire the property when you have the funds and are ready to move in. HUD: We do not accept HUD vouchers because they are so difficult to work with. LANDLORD: We must be able to speak with the owner of the home that you currently rent to make sure you left their home without owing them money and left it clean and damage free. We will first verify who owns the address you gave us on the application. We will then call the owner directly using the phone number associated with that address. This prevents someone from listing someone who is not the owner to call for verification.
