Our spacious 462 square feet studio is part of The Villa on Eaton Square, a residential and commercial condo complex in a quiet area of Waikiki near Ala Moana Shopping Center. It's within walking distance to the beach, parks, restaurants, post office and shopping malls. You probably won't need a car! Very convenient for grocery shopping too. Food Pantry grocery store is next door. Comfortable Queen bed, furniture, smart TV, dishes, pots/pans, utensils, linens, range/stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washer/dryer and a full-size refrigerator. Closets, cabinets and a dresser provide lots of storage. The unit is air conditioned for year-round comfort. Enjoy fireworks displays from the rooftop recreation deck, beautiful rainbows and mountain views through your large picture window. The condo has everything you need. Just bring your luggage and toothbrush! 6-month lease preferred, but may consider minimum 3-month lease. Electricity, basic cable and internet included. No pets allowed. Parking is available.
