All animals will need a pet application filled out for them and a picture must be submitted with the application. The Pet fees are as follows: $500.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee and $50 Monthly non-refundable Pet Fee/per pet. The Non-Refundable Fee shall be paid upon approval of the pet, and before the pet is brought into the home. The Monthly Pet Fee is due on the first day of the month along with Monthly Rent.
