Owner has invested heavily in building materials, finishes, air filtration, bedding and cleaning products that enable this hard to find aspect of the property. Accordingly, pets, smoking, vaping, and any forms of tobacco or cannabis (including clothing that smells of tobacco or cannabis) are not permitted anywhere on the property inside or out. To protect our guests and our business we have a zero tolerance policy towards violations which will result in immediate eviction without refund and additional cleaning and sanitization costs being incurred by the Primary Occupant.
