If you lease the property for 6+ months, a security deposit equal to one month's rent will be required. For any lease less than 6 months, you will purchase a $35 damage waiver in leiu of a security deposit. There will be a one-time, move-out cleaning fee for $175 if there are no pets. Pets are welcome but the one-time move-out cleaning fee will be $450.
