The living room welcomes you with a comfortable commercial-grade queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, and soft blankets. A brand new Smart TV with HuluLive is available for your convenience. The dining area, with seating for four, offers easy access to the small patio overlooking the turtle lake. The kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a full spice rack, standard coffee maker, Keurig, crockpot, blender, griddle, and more. For tiny travelers, a high chair, pack and play, and plastic dinnerware are provided. The first bedroom offers a comfortable hybrid memory foam and spring king bed, while the second bedroom features a bungalow-styled bunk bed with a twin bunk, queen-size bottom bunk, and twin trundle bed. The Jack and Jill style bathroom is spacious with a shower and tub combo, a well-lit vanity area, and soft towels. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet. We allow a maximum of two dogs, and pets must be crated when unattended and cleaned up after inside and out. Electric vehicle charging stations are available near the laundry facility and tennis courts. Gulf Terrace Condominiums are located in the heart of Destin, just minutes away from a variety of dining, shopping, and local hotspots. Less than a mile from June White Decker public beach access, Big Kahuna's Water Park, and The Track Family Fun Parks, you'll have easy access to all the area has to offer. The complex offers the convenience of two entrances, allowing you to navigate Destin with ease. This is a second-floor unit accessed by stairs only, with no elevator. Noise ordinances are in effect at 10PM, and excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. Smoking is not permitted on the balcony or near the building. Check-in is at 4PM CST, and checkout is at 10AM CST. Any stay past checkout time will result in an additional day charge. All issues must be disclosed prior to checkout, or guests are held liable for any damages. We do not issue refunds for lack of amenities as these types of outages are beyond our control, but we will do our best to resolve issues as quickly as possible. Any violation of house rules or terms and conditions are subject to eviction without refund. Wi-Fi is available for your convenience, allowing you to stay connected during your stay.
