A small pantry and a high chair with plastic dinnerware are also available. The farmhouse-styled bedroom offers a king-size cooling gel memory foam bed and a 50" Roku-enabled TV. The bathroom includes a shower and tub combo with a lighted copper vanity area. A full-sized washer and dryer are conveniently located next to the dining area. Pets are welcome with a $50 pet fee, allowing a maximum of two dogs. Electric vehicle charging stations are available near the laundry facility and tennis courts. Please note that trailer, RV, box truck, or watercraft parking is not permitted in the complex, and HOA towing fees apply for any violations. Gulf Terrace Condominiums are centrally located in Destin, just minutes away from dining, shopping, and local attractions. You'll be less than a mile from June White Decker public beach access, Big Kahuna's Water Park, and The Track Family Fun Parks. Noise ordinances are in effect at 10PM, prohibiting excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances. Smoking is not permitted on the balcony or near the building. Check-in is at 4PM CST, and checkout is at 10AM CST. Pets must be crated when unattended and are not allowed on furniture. ADA-recognized service animals are exempt from the pet fee, but Emotional Support Animals are subject to the fee. Public beach access is mile away, and beach towels are provided, but other beach items are not guaranteed.
