We have units 4000 B coming up for rent on a cul-de-sac. This is a 3-bedroom 2.5 bath, 1500 sq ft. duplex. Just a few minutes away from: Shepherd Blvd Elementary School, I-70, Women's and Children's Hospital, Home Depot and a whole lot of Eateries and Shopping. Lawn care taken care of by the landlord. Utilities are tenant's responsibility. Showing will be on weekends These are a few of the terms. Detailed terms will be clearly mentioned in the lease agreement. Renter is responsible for all their utilities while they are renting. Dogs need to be a max weight of 25 lbs. and at least 1 yr. old, No Puppies or Attack type dogs. No more than 2 pets allowed. An additional $1000/pet deposit will be required along with a signed Pet Agreement, plus an additional $20/pet/month will be added to the rent. Credit score over 600 is preferred.
