Our lovely guesthouse is designed as a modern cabin to give you a peaceful retreat. Atwater is a walkable community with parks, restaurant bars and shopping and was named "Neighborhood of the Year" by CurbedLA. The house is furnished, has central air and all utilities are included. (Water, electricity, trash and high speed wifi). You also have your own private backyard with two fruit trees. A furnished patio and a gardner that tends to it once a month. One parking spot is included but there is plenty of street parking as well. We are a 2 minute walk to North Atwater Park with basketball courts, a Baseball diamond and a beautiful and peaceful LA river walk. It is a hidden gem. Best of luck!
