- Renter agrees to follow all HOA rules and regulations. Any HOA fines due to Renter's actions will be the Renter's responsibility.
- Renter must provide 30 days' written notice before move-out.
- The property must be returned in clean, undamaged condition, normal wear and tear excepted.
