    Hello, Let's Chat! I am a 50ish year old, semi-retired awoman. I have a rambler, walkout in Robbinsdale, MN. One block from Crystal Lake. I would like to share my home, leasing out the "mother-in-law" suite with private entrance in the lower level. Neighborhood: Very quiet, single family occupied homes for the most part. EatStree Robbinsdale have many new condos and lofts in walking distance so EatStreet Robbinsdale is jumping. During the summer and other times of the year, weather permitting there is yoga on the shore, Lakeside just a block away. Crystal Lake a block South; great for biking, walking, relaxing, fishing. Sandborn Park, 2 blocks east; great for tennis, bar-b-que and open sports. One block West is the Post Office, Dragon Nails, Massage Salon, Dollar Tree, CVS, Walgreens, US Bank, Dairy Queen, Multiple Churches and many more amenities. Hy-Vee is about a quarter mile away and the transit station is 5 blocks west walking distance. The new Robbinsdale EatStreet is just 3 blocks away, walking distance with great fun, beer, wine and eateries from a Michealin Restaurant to Wicked Wart a casual pizza joint. There is also pool leagues at a couple of the places or shoot pool and music on weekends at Broadway Pizza. There is a huge influx of young professionals into Robbinsdale so EatStreet BirdTown is the place to be! Great Little Town - Big Town Amenities. The property: Off street parking. With all the new and updated amenities it will be a peaceful place to hang your hat at night. If you are looking for a peaceful home with a fireplace to decompress by each evening, you have found the right place. 1 year lease with first months rent and damage deposit, $1999.00 due at signing with review and acceptance of the application. If it is not accepted then the security/rent will be given back to you. No UDs and if anything is lied about on the application it is grounds for immediate termination of the lease. Just be honest as I will be honest; this will be a happy home for both of us. Included in rent. Heat, electric, water, high speed wi/fi, snow removal, lawn care, trash removal. If you would like cable television it can be added. All space measurements are approximate. You are welcome to measure yourself. Can be rented unfurnished without furniture. This needs to be negotiated before move in. Part of Rent can be offset through shoveling and-or mowing. Otherwise I use outside vendors for these tasks.
