AC Filter maintenance: tenants are required to change the AC filter every 3 months to ensure proper functioning of the HVAC system and maintain air quality.
Failure to change the AC filters as required may result in charges for any resulting damage or reduced efficiency.
Yard Care: Tenants are responsible for maintaining the yard in a neat or orderly condition, including regular mowing, edging, watering, weeding and removal of debris.
Any landscaping changes or removal of existing plants require landlord approval.
